介绍自１９９４年９月～１９９５年８月共行腹腔镜治疗卵巢囊性肿瘤５２例，其中卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤及皮样囊肿各２５例，粘液性囊腺瘤２例。本组病人全部采用硬膜外麻醉，均用电凝法，未用套扎线圈结扎，术后均未用抗生素、镇痛药和输液治疗，腹部穿刺口均愈合良好，无一例感染。一般４８小时出院，无近期并发症
From September 1994 to August 1995, 52 cases of ovarian cystic neoplasms were treated by laparoscopy. Among them, 25 cases of ovarian serous cystadenoma and dermoid cyst and 2 cases of mucinous cystadenoma. The patients in this group were all treated with epidural anesthesia. All patients were treated with electrocoagulation without ligation coils. No antibiotics, analgesics and infusions were used after the operation. Abdominal puncture wounds healed well without infection. Usually discharged within 48 hours, no recent complications
