我国近年来水量较为丰富,但由于人们片面地追求经济效益的增长,很多地区的树林遭到大面积的砍伐,这样做的严重后果已经给人类带来了警示。前几年,西南地区的大面积干旱、长江流域的洪水灾害和部分支流断流等情况的出现,多是由于人类的不正当开发造成的。森林对人们生活的重要性不言而喻,基于此,就水域周围的生态防护林营林措施进行探讨,总结以往的经验教训,以期建立完备的生态防护林体系。 Our country is rich in water in recent years, but due to the one-sided pursuit of economic growth, the forests in many areas have been deforested on a large scale. The serious consequences of this have brought warnings to mankind. A few years ago, large-area droughts in the southwest region, flood disasters in the Yangtze River basin and the interruption of some tributaries were mostly caused by the improper development of mankind. The importance of forests to people’s lives is self-evident. Based on this, the measures for forest management of ecological shelterbelts around the water area are discussed, and the past experiences and lessons are summarized in order to establish a complete ecological shelter system.
