临床上酒精性肝病(ALD)已成为继病毒性肝炎之后导致肝脏损害的第二大病因。目前酒精性肝病是引起肝硬化重要因素之一。三七、水飞蓟素具有较广泛的药理学特性,已发现其可能有抗酒精性肝损害的作用,但目前联合应用对急性酒精性肝损伤相关报道仍较少见,且其具体作用机制尚不明确。本研究以急性酒精性肝损伤大鼠为模型,观察三七与水飞蓟素联合应用对急性酒精性肝损伤的保护作用,并进一步探讨其可能的作用机制,现介绍如下。
Clinically, alcoholic liver disease (ALD) has become the second leading cause of liver damage following viral hepatitis. At present, alcoholic liver disease is one of the important factors that cause cirrhosis. Notoginseng, silymarin has a broader pharmacological properties, it has been found that it may have the role of anti-alcoholic liver damage, but the current joint application of acute alcoholic liver injury is still relatively rare reports, and its specific mechanism of action is not yet clear . In this study, acute alcoholic liver injury in rats as a model to observe the combination of notoginseng and silymarin in the protection of acute alcoholic liver injury, and further explore its possible mechanism of action are as follows.
