从维护稳定大局出发,油田加大了对困难群体帮扶力度,大量安置协解人员、油田职工失业子女和困难家庭的人员上岗,大批劳务用工陆续涌进社区就业。使得社区劳务用工弹性增大,灵活性上升,多元用工模式被采用。这种现状和模式也对油田社区加强劳务派遣及非全日制用工(以下简称劳务用工)管理提出了严峻挑战。如何加强油田社区劳务用工管理,充分调动劳务用工人员的积极性,是各级劳动用工管理人员值得深思的问题。
