菌肥可以强化土壤中的生物学过程和植物代谢,在适当条件下能提高作物产量。因此,从一九五五年开始,我国作了大量试验。然而至今对其作用实质及有效的施用条件仍未有较完整和一致的看法。由于北京地区土壤缺磷,我们从一九七三年起进行了磷菌肥的有效施用条件、解磷作用、刺激作用及土壤微生物对磷细菌的影响等试验,现将结果初步整理如下: 一、磷菌肥有效施用条件的研究
