本文研究急性乙醇中毒的大鼠脂质代谢的改变及甘草甜素的保护作用。与对照组比较,给5周龄 SD 大鼠50%乙醇按5g/kg 灌胃,可使血清总脂、胆固醇及甘油三酯分别增加31%、50%和42%;肝脂质过氧化产物(丙二醛)增加184%;而还原型谷胱甘肽则下降58%。预先给予甘草甜素,按150mg/kg 灌胃7天,则可他乙醇引起的上述变化基本恢复正常,提示甘草甜素对乙醇引起的大鼠脂质代谢改变有保护作用。
This article studies the changes of lipid metabolism in rats with acute alcoholism and the protective effects of glycyrrhizin. Compared with the control group, 5 g ethanol at 5 g/kg was given to 5-week-old SD rats at a dose of 5 g/kg, which increased serum total lipids, cholesterol, and triglycerides by 31%, 50%, and 42%, respectively; liver lipid peroxidation products (malondialdehyde) increased by 184%; while reduced glutathione decreased by 58%. Pre-administration of glycyrrhizin, according to 150mg/kg intragastric administration for 7 days, the above changes caused by ethanol can be basically returned to normal, suggesting that glycyrrhizin has a protective effect on ethanol-induced changes in lipid metabolism in rats.
