目的:探讨多糖的构效关系。方法:用我们研制的两种已知结构斜顶菌多糖C1,C2为材料,经β-消去、IO-4氧化、部分酸水解、乙酰化及羟乙基化等5种不同化学修饰,测定各样品的抑瘤活性。结果:同种多糖样品、有结合蛋白的活性高;主链结构相同、分枝较短的活性高;修饰前后水溶性较高的样品活性较高。结论:多糖的一级结构及水溶性将影响其生物活性
Objective: To explore the structure-activity relationship of polysaccharides. METHODS: Two kinds of polysaccharides from two known structures, Ligusticillium spp. C1 and C2, were used as materials. The chemical modifications of five different chemical modifications, such as β-elimination, IO-4 oxidation, partial acid hydrolysis, acetylation and hydroxyethylation, Antitumor activity of each sample. Results: The samples with the same kind of polysaccharides had high activity of binding protein, high activity of the same backbone and shorter branches, and higher activity of water-soluble samples before and after modification. Conclusion: The primary structure of polysaccharide and water solubility will affect its biological activity
