在材料试验机上,对材料进行了拉伸试验和冲裁试验,求出了极限强度和冲裁力的试验值。在冲床上求得了不同厚度的几种材料,在不同间隙、凸模直径及润滑等条件下的脱料力及推(顶)件力的试验数据。分析了影响冲裁、脱料及推(顶)件力的各种因素。求得了估算冲裁、脱料及推(顶)件力的解析式及简化公式,其中包括用滑移线法求理想塑性材料或热态中冲裁力的公式。将计算值用试验值作了验证,符合情况良好。
Tensile test and blanking test were carried out on the material testing machine to obtain the ultimate strength and punching force test values. Punch in the different materials obtained at different thickness, under different clearances, punch diameter and lubrication conditions such as the removal of force and push (top) pieces of force test data. The factors affecting the blanking, de-bonding and pushing force are analyzed. Analytical formulas and simplified formulas for estimating blanking force, stripper force and pushing force are obtained, including the formula for calculating ideal blanking force or hot blanking force by slip line method. The calculated value was verified with the test value, in good condition.
