针对某薄壁TC4钛合金零件的电子束焊接,设计了焊接工装夹具,保证了焊接变形要求。通过工艺试验,确定了合理的焊接方案,成功的实现了该零件的电子束焊接。同时,针对其成功应用的研究过程,从焊接工艺及加工方案上总结出经验,为薄壁类钛合金零件的电子束焊接提供了借鉴依据。
For a thin-walled TC4 titanium alloy parts electron beam welding, the design of the welding fixture, to ensure the welding deformation requirements. Through the process test, a reasonable welding scheme was determined and the electron beam welding of the part was successfully realized. At the same time, according to the research process of its successful application, the experience is summarized from the welding process and processing scheme, which provides references for the electron beam welding of the thin-walled titanium alloy parts.
