目的评价经皮桡动脉冠状动脉造影术(CAG)及冠状动脉支架置入(CSI)的临床应用效果。方法选择444例冠心病住院患者行经皮桡动脉途径CAG,并对其中161例行CSI。结果桡动脉穿刺时间为(2.98±1.05)min,穿刺成功率为96.6%;161例置入支架297枚。术后1例在穿刺处形成假性动脉瘤;1例出现血肿;1例患者感前臂乏力,桡动脉搏动轻微减弱。444例获随访1~24个月,未出现手部功能障碍。结论经皮桡动脉途径行CAG及CSI是安全可行的。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of percutaneous radial artery coronary angiography (CAG) and coronary stent implantation (CSI). Methods 444 patients with coronary heart disease hospitalized percutaneous radial artery approach CAG, and of which 161 cases of CSI. Results The time of radial artery puncture was (2.98 ± 1.05) min, and the success rate of puncture was 96.6%. There were 297 stents in 161 cases. One patient had a pseudoaneurysm at the puncture site after operation; one had hematoma; one patient had a weak forearm and a slight decrease of radial artery pulse. 444 patients were followed up for 1 ~ 24 months, no hand dysfunction. Conclusion Percutaneous radial artery approach to CAG and CSI is safe and feasible.
