米索前列醇是一种合成的前列腺素,用于防止 NSAID 引起的胃溃疡。它在室温呈油状,是极不稳定的。但是当它和羟丙甲基纤维素(HPMC)混合生成固体后,米索前列醇变为相当稳定,因此通过测定米索前列醇在HPMC 膜中的物理状态可以研究其在 HPMC中的稳定性。本文用乙醇或二氯甲烷/甲醇(50/50)作为载体溶剂,制备含有米索前列醇0~29%的 HPMC 膜,利用电子扫描(SEM)和光学显微镜(LM)、差示扫描热分析(DSC)、动力学分析(DMA)研究 HPMC 膜的物理性质,利用透射红外(TIR)研究米索前列醇在HPMC 膜中的物理状态。
Misoprostol is a synthetic prostaglandin used to prevent NSAID-induced gastric ulcer. It is oily at room temperature and is extremely unstable. However, misoprostol became quite stable when it was mixed with hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) to produce a solid, and therefore its stability in HPMCs could be studied by measuring the physical state of misoprostol in the HPMC membrane . In this paper, HPMC membranes containing 0-29% misoprostol were prepared by using ethanol or methylene chloride / methanol (50/50) as the carrier solvent. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and optical microscope (LM) (DSC) and dynamic analysis (DMA) were used to study the physical properties of HPMC membrane. The physical state of misoprostol in HPMC membrane was studied by transmission infrared (TIR).
