将豚鼠肝细胞植入D -氨基半乳糖诱导的肝衰大鼠脾内 ,观察逆转肝衰的疗效并初步探讨其作用机理。结果表明 ,移植组的两周生存率明显大于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;脾内移植的异种肝细胞生存短暂 ( 2 4小时左右 )。提示 :异种肝细胞移植可以治疗肝衰 ;其机理需考虑与刺激受损肝细胞再生和 或增强受体对肝功能衰竭的耐受力有关 ,单纯的代谢支持作用的能力可能较弱
Guinea pig hepatocytes were implanted into the spleen of D - galactosamine - induced liver failure rats to observe the curative effect of reversing liver failure and to explore its mechanism. The results showed that the two-week survival rate in the transplantation group was significantly greater than that in the control group (P <0.05). The spleen-like xenograft hepatocytes survived for a short time (about 24 hours). Hint: Heterologous liver cell transplantation can treat liver failure; its mechanism needs to be considered in connection with stimulating impaired liver cell regeneration and / or increasing receptor resistance to liver failure, and the mere ability of metabolic support may be weak
