我国金融业从计划转向市场已有30年,随着金融业的开放与发展,金融机构与消费者之间的纠纷正在逐渐增多,但我国对金融消费者的保护凸显不足,保护制度不健全,法律缺失,金融消费者的知情权、选择权、公平交易权、隐私权、受教育权、赔偿权等屡受侵害。对比国外保护金融消费者的成熟经验,立足我国实际,本文从四个方面对金融消费者权益保护工作提出了自己的看法。
With the opening up and development of the financial industry, disputes between financial institutions and consumers are gradually increasing. However, the protection of financial consumers in our country is not enough, the protection system is not perfect, Lack of law, the financial consumer’s right to know, the right to choose, the right to fair trade, privacy, education, compensation and other repeated violations. Contrasting the mature experience of foreign consumers in financial protection, based on the reality of our country, this article puts forward my own views on the protection of financial consumers’ rights and interests from four aspects.
