目的:了解城郊社区卫生服务站点家庭医生的自身发展需求,为推进和完善社区家庭医生制提供参考。方法:对城郊某社区服务站点的98名家庭医生进行现况调查。结果96.86%的家庭医生工作量饱和,其中19.39%超负荷;收入与心理价位差距显著;家庭医生的自身发展需求依次为得到社会认可、群众满意、职称晋升、技能培训、自我实现;基本理论需求排列在前的是公共卫生服务和基本医疗服务;基本技能需求为家庭健康管理技术和急救技术;相关技能需求是法律法规和沟通技巧;对政策环境、个人发展等综合满意度仅21.00%。结论:社会各部门应该积极支持“家庭医生”制度的建立和完善,在人员配置、服务承受量和工作报酬方面应给与政策倾斜;在技能培训、个人发展方面尽可能地创造条件,以促进家庭医生为居民提供高质量的健康服务。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the self-development needs of family physicians in suburban community health service stations and to provide reference for promoting and improving community family doctor system. Methods: A survey of 98 family doctors in a community service site in the suburbs was carried out. Results 96.86% of the family doctors had a full workload, of which 19.39% were overloaded; the gap between income and psychological prices was significant; family doctor’s own development needs were followed by social recognition, satisfaction of the masses, promotion of professional titles, skills training and self-actualization; Priorities are public health services and basic medical services; basic skills needs are home health management technologies and first aid technologies; relevant skills requirements are laws and regulations and communication skills; comprehensive satisfaction with policy environment and personal development is only 21.00%. Conclusion: All sectors of society should actively support the establishment and improvement of the “family doctor ” system, and should give policy preferences in terms of staffing, service capacity and remuneration for work; create as much conditions as possible in skills training and personal development, To promote family doctors to provide residents with high quality health services.
