苯蒸气的含量测定方法,最常用的是使气体通过硝酸硫酸混合液,产生间二硝基苯,再在硷性丙酮溶液中比色测定,此法手续比较复杂,不适用于快速测定,根据文献介绍,我们试制了苯蒸气快速检定管。Ⅰ.检定管的作用原理:是根据苯蒸气与甲醛硫酸作用,产生紫褐色,利用变色长度测定苯蒸气的含量。Ⅱ.检定管的制造: 指示胶的配制:取用硝酸硫酸处理后并活化的硅胶(100号筛)100克,置于蒸发皿中,加稀硫酸(50ml浓硫酸加到70ml水中)揽拌均匀,直火加热蒸发以除去水分,并不断揽拌
