TM2+:Ⅱ-Ⅵ族化合物以其可调谐范围宽、激发态吸收小、吸收和发射截面大以及室温下量子效率高等优点已成为目前最具发展潜力的中红外激光材料。本文回顾了近年来TM2+:Ⅱ-Ⅵ族中红外激光材料在国内外的发展现状,分别从TM2+:Ⅱ-Ⅵ族材料在激光器件上的应用以及该材料的制备方法两方面进行综述。在对该材料结构和分类进行介绍的基础上,对典型TM2+:Ⅱ-Ⅵ族中红外激光材料的激光性能进行了详细概述,系统列举了此类中红外激光单晶和多晶材料的制备方法,指出了该领域目前存在的问题,并对其发展前景及研究趋势做了展望。
TM2 +: Ⅱ-Ⅵ compounds have become the most promising mid-infrared laser materials due to their tunable range, small absorption in the excited state, large absorption and emission cross-sections and high quantum efficiency at room temperature. In this paper, the recent development of TM2 +: Ⅱ-Ⅵ middle infrared laser materials at home and abroad is reviewed. The applications of TM2 +: Ⅱ-Ⅵ materials in laser devices and the preparation methods of the materials are reviewed respectively. Based on the introduction of the material structure and classification, the laser properties of typical TM2 +: Ⅱ-Ⅵ medium infrared laser materials are summarized in detail. The preparation methods of such mid-infrared laser single crystal and polycrystalline materials are systematically introduced , Points out the existing problems in this field, and prospects its development prospects and research trends.
