对接种白血病病毒后30d、75d 小鼠胸腺和淋巴结的组织结构及酸性非特异性酯酶(ANAE)、酸性磷酸酶(AcP)、β~葡糖苷酸酶(β—Gase)反应类型进行了观察,并与正常组作对照。结果:30天组胸腺和淋巴结的组织结构未见异常,胸腺皮质的胸腺细胞酶反应阳性率均显著增高;胸腺髓质的胸腺细胞及淋巴结的淋巴细胞酶反应阳性率均无有意义的变化。75天组胸腺和淋巴结均可见较多白血病细胞浸润及变性坏死的病灶区,胸腺细胞及淋巴结各区的淋巴细胞三种酶反应阳性率均显著增高。
