根据火箭发动机地面试验对测量与控制的要求,设计了一套用于火箭发动机地面试验数据采集与控制的便携式测控系统.测控系统硬件基于NI(National Instruments)公司的USB(universal serial BUS)数据采集与控制设备开发,集测量与控制功能于一体,便携性好,通用性强;软件基于模块化设计思想,采用LabVIEW编程环境开发,人机交互界面友好,通用性强,可扩展性好.该测控系统平台已成功应用于多次发动机地面试验,能满足多种类型的火箭发动机试验对测控的需求.
According to the measurement and control requirements of rocket engine ground test, a set of portable measurement and control system for ground test data acquisition and control of rocket engine is designed.The hardware of measurement and control system is based on National Instruments USB (universal serial BUS) Control equipment development, set of measurement and control functions in one, portability, versatility; software based on modular design ideas, the use of LabVIEW programming environment development, friendly interface, versatility, scalability. The system platform has been successfully applied to many engine ground tests to meet the needs of various types of rocket motor tests.
