本文报道不对称类卟啉大环化合物的光物理特性。电子吸收光谱的研究表明,其0—0跃迁在λ_(max)>750nm是一个强吸收带;将跃迁能量、振子强度等性质与取代基Hammett常数进行线性相关,揭示了取代基效应对大环0—0跃迁的影响规律其荧光的发射光谱出现在769—810nm的近红外区,量子产率约10~(-2)、寿命小于1ns,激发三重态的T—T吸收出现在487—496nm。其最低激发三重态能量可有效地转移给基态氧分子,敏化产生单重态氧的量子产率达0.86。
This paper reports the photophysical properties of asymmetric porphyrin macrocycles. The study of the electron absorption spectra shows that the 0-0 transition is a strong absorption band at λ max> 750 nm. The properties of the transition energy, oscillator strength and other properties are linearly correlated with the Hammett constant of the substituent, revealing that the substituent effect on the macrocycle 0-0 transition. The fluorescence emission spectrum appears in the near-infrared region of 769-810nm with a quantum yield of about 10 -2 and a lifetime of less than 1 ns. The T-T absorption of the excited triplet state appears at 487-496 nm . The lowest excited triplet energy can be effectively transferred to ground state oxygen molecules, the quantum yield of singlet oxygen sensitized reaches 0.86.
