提出了一种全桥半波零电流 PWM DC/DC变换电路.该电路可实现所有功率开关管在全负载 范围内的恒频、零电流 PWM软开关.并初步分析了电路的工作原理.仿真结果和在 5 kW/100 kHz开 关电源中的成功应用,证明了该电路的先进性和实用性。
A full-bridge half-wave zero-current PWM DC / DC converter is proposed. The circuit can achieve all the power switch in the full load range of constant frequency, zero current PWM soft-switching. And a preliminary analysis of the working principle of the circuit. The simulation results and successful application in the 5 kW / 100 kHz switching power supply prove the advancedness and practicability of this circuit.
