采用有限元分析软件MARC,基于三维弹塑性有限元理论建立有限元模型,实现了对倾斜类管件旋压成形过程的数值模拟,阐述了倾斜管件正旋时旋压力的变化特征,探讨了工艺参数对旋压力的影响规律,研究结果为工艺参数的确定及优化提供了依据。在理论分析的同时,进行了倾斜类管件旋压成形工艺试验,模拟结果与工艺试验吻合较好。
Using finite element analysis software MARC, the finite element model was established based on the three-dimensional elasto-plastic finite element theory to realize the numerical simulation of the spinning process of the inclined tube. The variation characteristics of the spinning pressure of the inclined tube were expounded. The influence law of the spinning pressure, the research results provide the basis for the determination and optimization of the process parameters. At the same time of theoretical analysis, the spinning process of inclined pipe fittings was carried out. The simulation results are in good agreement with the technological tests.
