The paper illustrates the characteristics, laws and trends of labor conflicts in Spain in recent years (especially since the financial crisis in 2008) through empirical analysis and the history and reality of Spanish workers’ movement. The author believes that class and class struggles still exist in the capitalist relations of production in the 21st century. Since the late 1970s, the labor conflicts under economic globalization have tended to decline. Labor conflicts have been closely linked with the economic cycle shocks. During the crisis period The conflict has eased; the general trend of labor conflicts in Spain is similar to that of other countries, but the number of conflicts is obviously higher than that of other countries, about twice the average level of European countries.
