应用经典热传导理论,借助计算机用解析方法计算YAG激光对金属间化合物Ni3Al熔凝处理时非稳态温度场变化规律。分析了激光加热工艺参数以及附加铜热吸收基底对温度场的影响。根据温度场的变化规律定性地分析了被处理材料显微组织和性能的变化,并且与实验结果进行了比较。
Applying classical heat conduction theory, the variation law of unsteady temperature field of YAG laser intermetallic compound Ni3Al was calculated by computer analysis method. The effects of laser heating process parameters and the additional copper heat-absorbing substrate on the temperature field were analyzed. The changes of the microstructure and properties of the treated materials were qualitatively analyzed according to the variation law of the temperature field and compared with the experimental results.
