提出了用喂丝法向钢液中插入铵盐或氨基化合物的脱铜方法.在常压下,Ar气氛中,向钢液中分别加入NH4Cl和NH2CONK2把约300g钢水含铜量从0.6%降至0.47%~0.5%,仅用脱铜剂2~4g.氯化铵有氯化和铵分解的双重脱铜作用,比尿素脱铜效果更好.
A copper removal method of inserting ammonium salt or amino compound into molten steel by wire feeding method is proposed. Under atmospheric pressure, in the Ar atmosphere, NH4Cl and NH2CONK2 are respectively added to the molten steel to reduce the copper content of about 300 g of molten steel from 0.6% to 0.47% to 0.5%, only 2 to 4 g of the copper removing agent . Ammonium chloride has the effect of double decalcification of chlorination and ammonium decomposition, which is better than that of decalcification of urea.
