辖区控制界线接边是土地利用现状更新调查工作一个很重要的环节,是一项政策性、技术性很强的基础工作。接边成果质量直接关系到辖区的控制范围大小,以及相邻接边单位土地所有权或使用权的合法权益,关系到社会的稳定。郯城县在辖区控制界线接边过程中,使用RTK定位系统,对双方现场指定的界址拐点进行解析坐标采集定位,提高了界线的数字精度、缩短了工作时间、保证了调查成果,对县级辖区控制界线接边工作具有指导意义。
