以二茂铁为起始原料,三氯化铝为催化剂,将CO2通入二茂铁的甲苯溶液进行羧基化反应,合成二茂铁甲酸。再使用二氯亚砜先制成酰氯,然后与胆甾醇酯化反应得到目标产物——二茂铁甲酸胆甾醇酯。其结构经元素分析、IR和1H-NMR进行了表征。最后利用TG和POM对所得化合物进行了热重及偏光显微结构分析,从而进一步研究了胆甾醇酯的材料性能。
Ferrocene as the starting material, aluminum trichloride as a catalyst, the CO2 into the ferrocene toluene solution carboxylation reaction, the synthesis of ferrocene formic acid. And then use thionyl chloride to make acid chloride first, and then esterify with cholesterol to get the target product - ferrocene ferrocerate. Its structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H-NMR. Finally, TG and POM were used to analyze the thermogravimetric and polarized light microstructures of the obtained compounds, so as to further study the material properties of cholesteryl ester.
