初中生逐渐进入心理断乳期,他们开始形成自己的价值观,不再完全认同父母的价值观,因而难免与父母对立冲突。同样,面对冲突,很多父母常常也没有积极应对的策略。因此,有必要在这一阶段引导孩子和父母进行沟通,找到融洽相处的策略。本课运用团体动力学的辅导理念,以亲子个体感悟为经,以团体互助活动为纬,构建了经纬交互的动态心理辅导课堂。
Junior high school students gradually into the psychological weaning period, they began to form their own values, no longer fully recognize the values of their parents, which inevitably conflict with their parents. Similarly, in the face of conflict, many parents often do not have a positive response strategy. Therefore, it is necessary at this stage to guide children and parents to communicate, find a harmonious strategy. This course uses the concept of group dynamics counseling to parent-child individual perception as a group, mutual aid activity as the latitude, to build a dynamic and interactive psychological and psychological counseling class.
