一临床资料1993年1月8日,纪某,女,26岁。九天前,患者无明显诱因出现腹泻,呈稀水样便,无腹痛及里急后重。服用氟呱酸后,腹泻缓解。四天前出现发热,体温在39℃左右。结膜和巩膜呈水肿、充血、眼睑红肿,面部水肿。全身肌肉酸痛,以双侧咬肌、腓肠肌尤为明显,双上肢乏力、上举困难。在本单位诊所就诊给予青霉素等药,效果不佳。急来我院,应用大剂量抗生素、激素治疗后,疗效不佳。
