目的:研究四磨汤对泻剂结肠模型大鼠的结肠传输功能的影响。方法:选取SD大鼠,采用大黄灌胃法建立大鼠泻剂结肠模型,测肠道炭末推进长度和推进率证实造模成功后,将36只大鼠再随机分为3组,一组为对照组灌蒸馏水,另2组为四磨汤干预高剂量组和低剂量组。四磨汤干预组分别灌服高、低剂量四磨汤,连续灌服2周后处死,测炭末推进率。结果:大黄大鼠炭末推进长度和推进率均小于正常对照大鼠,四磨汤干预组高、低剂量组炭末推进长度均高于对照组,炭末推进率均高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);高剂量组炭末推进率、推进长度高于低剂量组,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:该模型的肠道传输减慢,长期使用泻剂是诱发或加重便秘的因素之一,理气中药四磨汤可改善泻剂结肠模型大鼠的结肠传输功能。
Objective: To study the effect of Si mill decoction on the colonic transit function in model rats of laxatives. Methods: SD rats were selected. The rat model of cathartic colon was established by intragastric administration of Rhubarb. 36 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, one group The control group was distilled water, the other two groups of four mill soup intervention high-dose group and low-dose group. Four mill soup intervention group were fed high and low doses of four mill soup, continuous feeding for 2 weeks after sacrifice, measuring the rate of carbon powder. Results: The propulsion length and propulsion rate of Rhubarb rat were less than that of normal control rats. The propulsion length of charcoal in high-dose and low-dose rhubarb intervention group was higher than that of control group, and the propulsion rate of charcoal was higher than that of control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the propofol rate and propulsion length in high-dose group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The model of intestinal transit slowed down, long-term use of purgative is one of the factors inducing or aggravating constipation, qi Chinese medicine Si mill soup can improve the colonic laxative colon transport function in rats.
