我们对50例生育力正常男性精浆中甘油-3-磷酸胆碱(GPC)、肉毒碱含量及α,1-4糖苷酶活力依次进行测定,结果显示:精浆中 GPC 与肉毒碱含量及α,1-4糖苷酶活力分别为2.32±0.65mmol/L、233.95±85.69μmol/L 及41.17±21.27IU/L,三者均呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。总量及总活力分别为7.35±3.04μmol/总毫升数、741.77±301.52nmol/总毫升数及133.93±88.35mIU/总毫升数(±s)。GPC、肉毒碱及α,1-4糖苷酶与精子在附睾内发育成熟均存在密切的联系,作为附睾重要的功能性指标,精浆中 GPC、肉毒碱含量及α,1-4糖苷酶活力的测定对附睾疾病的诊断与治疗都具有十分重要的意义。
We measured the content of glycerol-3-phosphocholine (GPC), carnitine and alpha-1, 4-glucosidase activities in 50 fertility normal male seminal plasma.
