T-activin是从小牛胸腺提取的多肽,能刺激淋巴因子包括干扰素的产生,恢复T-杀伤细胞和造血干细胞的功能.作者研究用T-activin治疗复发性口疮性口炎的效果及其对体液和细胞免疫的影响,观察连续不断复发的口疮性口炎30例,男女各15例,年龄25～55岁。其中纤维素型口疮15例,巨型口疮10例,疱疹样口疮5例。都在加重期住院,病史5～15年。大多数有伴发病(主要是慢性胃炎、结肠炎、胆囊炎)。以前曾用维生素、组胺球蛋白、灵杆菌素等治疗仍不断复发.T-ac-

The authors investigated the effect of T-activin on recurrent aphthous stomatitis and its effect on Humoral and cellular immunity, observed a continuous recurrence of aphthous stomatitis in 30 cases, 15 cases of both men and women, aged 25 to 55 years.
