钒渣中钒高达40%左右,主要以钒铁尖晶石相存在,含V_2O_5约95%,金属铁是钒渣中机械夹杂的金属相。金属铁的测定,国内大多采用1.氯化汞-氯化钾;2.硫酸铜-硫酸钾;3.三氯化铁;4.溴甲酚醇法等,上述一些方法对于含低价钒活性氧化亚铁钒渣的测定,用不同方法测定结果和评价均不一致,为此,本文对这些方法进行了一系列比较。 一、溶样时间:1法分解试样快,在5~25分钟内即能溶解完毕;2法和3法适宜的溶样时间分别为10~20分钟和20~40分
