针对川南地区极近距离易自燃煤层群自然发火期短、采空区漏风严重等问题,分析了在工作面回撤期间不利于防灭火工作的诸多隐患。以白皎煤矿2274工作面为例,分析了该工作面回撤期间所面临的自然发火隐患,基于工作面的实际地质条件、巷道布置、进度条件等因素,提出了以采空区自然发火预报机制为基石,以“采空区高位插管注浆、控漏风、采空区注氮、工作面喷洒阻化剂”为核心的防灭火综合治理体系。
In view of the short spontaneous combustion period of spontaneous combustion coal seam group in South China and the serious air leakage in the goaf, the paper analyzes many hidden dangers that are not conducive to fire prevention and extinguishment during the retraction of working face. Taking Baijiao Coal Mine 2274 as an example, this paper analyzes the potential hazards of natural fire during the retraction of the working face. Based on the actual geological conditions of the working face, the layout of roadways and the progress conditions, Mechanism as the cornerstone to “goaf high intubation grouting, controlled air leakage, goaf nitrogen injection, the face of the spray retardant” as the core fire prevention and treatment of integrated management system.
