设计任何工艺装备,不仅要求高效率和高精度地生产出零件,也要考虑是否经济。在大量生产中,工夹具的费用可以分摊到许多工件头上,所以问题不大;但在少量生产中,工夹具的设计就要力求省时、省料、省工。设计钻孔夹具和设计其他工夹具一样,都必须遵循一系列原则,除高效率和高精度外,还必须:操作、维修方便;耐用;少调整;工件互换性;标准化,等等。但在少量生产中,降低成本成了主要目标,上述原则有的必须摒弃,有的则不能过分强调。因为这种夹具生产的过程短,使用廉价材料就可以满足其寿命,
Designing any process equipment not only requires the production of parts with high efficiency and precision, but also economy.
