“Rapid development ” four words to describe our government procurement more appropriate, no matter from which point of view can not be overemphasized. In just a few years, the scale of government procurement funds expanded rapidly and the construction of relevant legal systems continued to improve. However, “rapid development”, at the same time, came one after another in all aspects of the voice of the procurement process, “Wai ”, “string standard ”, high bidder after another, black-box operations are commonplace. Whether government procurement can fundamentally change the government’s own life and whether it can truly achieve the goal of being open and transparent and eliminating corruption? Through the many ups and downs of government procurement, can we indicate the direction of government procurement for the future?
