双语研究不仅涉及语言学、心理学和社会学方面,还同权利和政治制度有关系。双语教育能够加强民族凝聚力,促进文化的融合,还能够促使一个国家内不同语言团体互相交流。在西藏教育发展中使用双语(即本民族语言和汉语)教学,让藏民族学生通过双语学习科学文化和生产技术是最便捷、最经济、最实际的方法。这样,学生既学到了语言又学到了知识,还可以促进民族繁荣和发展。
