文章介绍一种用头侧位片结合舌背显影技术定量分析舌姿势位的方法。介绍了舌背图形曲线的定点、描图、测量方法及曲线参数等。应用于２００例正常及错舌背图形的测量。研究结果用计算机进行聚类分析、采用了ＩＳＯＤＡＴＡ分类法、共分四大类型、四型的均值、标准差及舌背图形的座标曲线图。研究结果表明正常组Ⅱ、Ⅳ型较多即舌平坦或高横、舌前后部伸展均等。而错组Ⅰ、Ⅲ型较多即舌低平面卷缩、舌后位。本方法简单可行、研究结果对错病因研究、予防、临床诊断、矫治效果的评价提供参考 This article introduces a method of quantitatively analyzing the position of the tongue with the combination of the head and the back of the tongue.
