氨基酸是生物体的重要代谢物,将其羧基换以磺酸基,便是α-氨基磺酸.后者的化学结构既与氨基酸相似,便可能与氨基酸相对抗,因而文献上曾报告就用以抑制肿瘤、细菌等.鉴于氨基酸对日本血吸虫有明显的促进生长作用,南瓜子氨酸为不寻常的氨基酸,对日本血吸虫的生长有一定抑制作用,本工作中乃合成一些苯环上带有不同取代基的苯甲α-氨基磷酸(Ⅰ),企图试探寻找血吸虫病药物的新途径.Mcllwain曾以苯甲醛与亚硫酸铵作用制备苯甲α-氨基磺酸,我们沿用其方法,以带有各种不同取代基的苯甲醛制备一系列氨基磺酸,例如对溴苯甲醛(10克)及亚硫酸铵(23克溶成35%溶液)充分混和后,再加水(10毫升)使其溶解,在40℃左右振摇1.5 小时,反应即完毕,过滤,冷后以稀硫酸(15:85)酸化至pH值为3.0,在冰中冷却1小时左右,
