液压传动系统的设计,由于局部压力损失计算上的疏忽,造成设计上的失误,时有发生,尚未引起足够的重视。《机械设计手册》下册、(以下称手册)与之有关的部分亦有疏忽和不足之处。笔者从一个典型实例的分析谈起,以供参考。某部组织设计15000kn三缸四柱卧式挤压机(工作油压250公斤力/厘米~2),已生产8台。从设计制造到通过技术鉴定,前后历时6年之久。液压设计采用各种液压阀在一个安装块上集中安装等液压新技术,具有一定的特点。
Hydraulic transmission system design, due to the partial neglect of the calculation of the pressure loss, resulting in design errors, from time to time, has not yet attracted enough attention.
