目的研究bel-2,p53,表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)不同类别的基因在星形细胞瘤中的表达,以及它们与星形细胞瘤病理分型和恶性度的相关性及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法对31例星形细胞瘤石蜡标本中bcl-2,p53,EGFR和PCNA进行检测。结果bcl-2,p53,EGFR和PCNA的阳性率分别为46%,38%,48%和67%,p53,EGFR和PCNA的阳性表达率均随肿瘤恶性度的增高而增高。bcl-2阳性表达在分化较好的肿瘤中的分布高于低分化肿瘤。结论(1)p53,EGFR和PCNA三者均可单独作为星形细胞瘤恶性度的指标,而bcl-2在肿瘤中的表达只表现为早期事件,(2)不同位点的基因突变越多,肿瘤恶性度越高。
Objective To investigate the expression of different genes of bel-2, p53, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in astrocytomas, and their relationship with astrocytoma pathological type and malignancy. Relevance and significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect bcl-2, p53, EGFR and PCNA in 31 paraffin-embedded astrocytoma specimens. Results The positive rates of bcl-2, p53, EGFR and PCNA were 46%, 38%, 48% and 67%, respectively. The positive expression rates of p53, EGFR and PCNA increased with the increase of tumor malignancy. The positive expression of bcl-2 was higher in well-differentiated tumors than in poorly-differentiated tumors. Conclusions (1) Both p53, EGFR and PCNA can be used alone as indicators of the degree of malignancy of astrocytoma. The expression of bcl-2 in tumors is only an early event. (2) The more mutations in genes of different sites The higher the malignancy of the tumor.
