根据册田水库除险加固工程初步设计报告,由于除险加固工程施工改变了正常溢洪道原尺寸,泄槽宽缩窄,泄槽底坡变缓,减少正常溢洪道过流面积约2.6%,对泄槽流态和水面线产生了影响。采用物理模型试验方法,对册田水库险加固工程中正常溢洪道的水力特性进行了分析,结果表明,册田水库正常溢洪道除险加固工程改造方案布置合理,工程完成后能够满足泄洪要求,能保证溢洪道安全正常运行。
