土壤中锌、铜、铁、锰的形态与有效性的关系

采集江苏省6个有代表性土壤类型23个样本进行四种微量元素的形态分析和用DTPA试剂等浸提的有效含量测定;用其中7个土样进行盆栽试验,测出黑麦草对元素的吸收量。结果表明,4种元素以交换态,氧化锰结合态和有机态为其有效或较有效的形态。它们的含量与盆栽条件下黑麦草吸收量和DTPA液提取量之间呈显著正相关。石灰性土壤缺锌与高pH下氧化铁对锌的强烈吸附有密切关系。 23 samples of 6 representative soil types in Jiangsu Province were collected for the morphological analysis of four trace elements and the effective content of DTPA reagent and other extracts. Pot experiments were conducted in 7 soil samples to determine the effect of ryegrass on the content of elements Absorption. The results showed that the four kinds of elements with the exchange, manganese oxide and organic state as its effective or more effective form. There was a significant positive correlation between their contents and the uptake of ryegrass and the amount of DTPA extract in potted plants. Zinc deficiency in calcareous soil is closely related to the strong adsorption of zinc by iron oxide at high pH.
