目的研究牡丹皮流浸膏(extractofmoutancortex,EMC)对多种实验性癫痫模型及小鼠自发活动的影响。方法采用最大电惊厥(maximalelectroshockseizure,MES)及戊四唑、士的宁、氨基脲等惊厥模型。结果EMC(11,相当于生药量375mgkg-1,500mgkg-1,ig)可剂量依赖性对抗小鼠MES及戊四唑、士的宁、氨基脲所致小鼠惊厥作用。EMC作用峰时为1~2h;EMC(250mgkg-1)可增强苯巴比妥抗MES作用。此外EMC(250mgkg-1,ig)可剂量依赖性抑制小鼠自发活动。结论EMC具有明显抗癫痫作用并可抑制小鼠自发活动。
Objective To study the effects of extract of extract Cortex Moutan (EMC) on various experimental epilepsy models and spontaneous activity in mice. Methods The maximal electroconvulsions (MES) and convulsions of pentylenetetrazol, strychnine and semicarbazide were used. RESULTS EMC (11, equivalent to crude drug dose 375 mg kg-1,500 mg kg-1, ig) was dose-dependently antagonistic to mice MES and pentylenetetrazol, strychnine, and semicarbazide-induced convulsions in mice. The EMC peak time is 1 to 2 hours; EMC (250 mg kg-1) can enhance the anti-MES effect of phenobarbital. In addition, EMC (250 mg kg-1, ig) dose-dependently inhibited spontaneous activity in mice. Conclusion EMC has significant antiepileptic effect and can inhibit spontaneous activity in mice.
