研究了不同固溶处理温度对特超级双相不锈钢00Cr27Ni7Mo5N组织及腐蚀性能的影响。采用光镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪等手段研究σ相的析出规律,同时采用三氯化铁浸泡试验、点蚀电位测量及EPR法晶间腐蚀测量研究腐蚀性能。结果表明,当固溶温度在800~1050℃之间,00Cr27Ni7Mo5N钢有大量金属间化合物σ相析出,导致钢的抗腐蚀性显著下降。当固溶温度在1070~1200℃时,钢中σ相溶解,钢的抗腐蚀性先升高后降低。1100℃固溶处理时,00Cr27Ni7Mo5N钢具有最佳的耐腐蚀性。
The effects of different solution treatment temperatures on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of super-duplex stainless steel 00Cr27Ni7Mo5N were investigated. The precipitation of σ phase was investigated by light microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy. The corrosion behavior was also studied by immersion test with ferric chloride, pitting potential measurement and intergranular corrosion test by EPR method. The results show that when the solid solution temperature is between 800 ℃ and 1050 ℃, a large amount of intermetallic σ phase precipitates in 00Cr27Ni7Mo5N steel, resulting in a significant decrease in the corrosion resistance of the steel. When the solution temperature is in the range of 1070-1200 ℃, σ is dissolved in the steel, the corrosion resistance of the steel first increases and then decreases. 1100 ℃ solution treatment, 00Cr27Ni7Mo5N steel has the best corrosion resistance.
