基于镍银异质结的光电流特性,通过设计制作纳米线搭载间隔为50μm的镍电极结构以及水力聚焦法组装银纳米线,制得了由单根银纳米线构成的镍银异质结光敏传感器。在实验中通过在650 nm激光不同功率照射下测量该传感器结构产生的光电流值,研究了光电流的强度范围及其随光照强度变化的关系曲线。实验表明,光电流的强度在纳安级别,并且与激光功率在特定范围内近似呈线性关系。实验也测定了银纳米线的电阻范围及电阻率,并分析了温度对银纳米线电阻的影响,发现银纳米线电阻与温度也近似呈线性关系。
Based on the photocurrent characteristics of nickel-silver heterojunction, a silver nanowire heterojunction photosensor with a single silver nanowire was fabricated by designing and fabricating a nickel electrode with a spacing of 50μm on the nanowires and a hydrofocusing method. . In the experiment, the photocurrent value of the sensor structure was measured by different power of 650 nm laser. The intensity range of photocurrent and its relation curve with light intensity were studied. Experiments show that the intensity of photocurrent is at the nanoampere level and is approximately linear with the laser power within a certain range. The experiment also measured the resistance range and resistivity of silver nanowires, and analyzed the influence of temperature on the resistance of silver nanowires. It was found that the resistance of silver nanowires was approximately linear with the temperature.
