1982年我所建立了一株云南省肺癌高发区的个旧人肺腺癌细胞系,简称GLC。此株细胞增殖快、生长旺盛且稳定。为证实此株细胞对阳性药物的敏感性,使它能广泛用于肿瘤的基础研究和抗癌中草药的筛选工作、我们对GLC细胞系进行了化疗药物的敏感性试验,经试验证实GLC是一株敏感的、有研究价值的肿瘤细胞株。材料方法一、材料 1.细胞GLC细胞来源于人肺腺癌,实验使用指数生长期细胞。2.药物采用目前临床上常用者:阿霉素(ADR)、丝裂霉素(MMC)、更生霉素(DACT)、氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)、氨甲喋呤(MTX)、阿糖胞苷(Ara-C))、长春新碱(VCR)高三尖杉酯碱、秋水仙碱、氮芥(HN_2)、噻替(口派)(TEPA)顺铂
In 1982, we established an old human lung adenocarcinoma cell line (GLC) in a high incidence area of lung cancer in Yunnan Province. The cell proliferation of this strain is fast, vigorous and stable. In order to confirm the sensitivity of this cell to positive drugs, it can be widely used in basic research of cancer and screening of anti-cancer Chinese herbal medicines. We conducted susceptibility tests of GLC cell lines to chemotherapeutic drugs, and experiments confirmed that GLC is a A sensitive, researchable tumor cell line. Material Methods 1. Materials 1.
