曾某某,女,26岁,浏阳县人,农民。患者因左侧乳房疼痛2月伴双下肢疼痛1月,于1985年5月24日入院。入院前2月始作左侧乳房疼痛,局部红肿灼热,触之有块,伴有发热、口干、溲黄。当地诊断为“乳痈”。予青霉素肌注及口服清热解毒之中药(五味消毒饮之属)治疗20余天,病无好转,且局部化脓,而作“切开引流术”治疗,继而予中西药外用内服以 Zeng Moumou, female, 26 years old, Liuyang County, farmer.
