概述了云南省州市级政府网站公共服务建设情况调查指标体系的设置,并依据指标体系对云南省16个州市政府网站的公共服务建设情况进行了相关数据调查;根据调查数据论述了云南省16州市政府网站公共服务建设现状,分析了现存的问题并提出了相应的对策建议。 This paper summarizes the establishment of investigation index system of public service in Yunnan prefecture-level government websites and conducts relevant data surveys on the public service construction of government websites in 16 prefectures and cities in Yunnan Province according to the index system. According to the survey data, 16 state government website public service construction status quo, analyzed the existing problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
