过去,国内工程机械产品与世界标杆企业产品进行技术性能对比时,往往比较注重硬性的、功能属性的技术指标,比如动力、匹配、功能、能力等方面。软性的、环保属性的技术指标如污染排放等常被忽略。而当国内产品参与国外市场竞争时,这些不被重视的软性指标反而成了制约国内产品“走出去”的硬伤和短板。以欧美市场为例,欧美的污染排放标准普遍高于国内现行标准,振动噪声污染更是国外高端产品市场准入的技术指标壁垒。
In the past, when comparing the technical performance of domestic construction machinery products with that of the world benchmarking enterprises, the technical indicators such as power, matching, function, capability and so on that tend to be more rigid and functional are often emphasized. Soft, environmental attributes of the technical indicators such as pollution emissions are often ignored. When the domestic products are involved in the competition in foreign markets, these soft indicators that are not taken seriously become the flawed and shortcomings restricting the domestic products “going out ”. Taking the European and American markets as an example, the emission standards in Europe and the United States are generally higher than the current domestic standards, and the vibration and noise pollution is the technical indicator barrier for the market access of foreign high-end products.
