以甲醇-水,乙腈-水为RP-HPLC和RP-TLC流动相测定了取代苯乙炔六羰基二钴的疏水性。logk’与流动相中有机改性剂体积分数成线性关系。logk_w及R_m与Hansch’sπ值有较好的相关性。说明疏水性是控制保留机理的主要因素,容量因子的差异取决于络合物取代基的疏水性,其RP-HPLC保留值可由多因素参数公式进行预测。
The hydrophobicity of substituted phenylacetylene hexacarbonyl di-cobalt was determined by methanol-water, acetonitrile-water as RP-HPLC and RP-TLC. logk ’is linear with the volume fraction of organic modifier in the mobile phase. logk_w and R_m and Hansch’sπ values have good correlation. It indicates that hydrophobicity is the main factor controlling the retention mechanism. The difference of capacity factors depends on the hydrophobicity of the substituent of the complex. The retention of RP-HPLC can be predicted by the multivariate parameter formula.
